1. Travel Tech Introduction
The Travel Tech Association (“Travel Tech”) is committed to respecting the privacy and protecting the personal information of individuals with whom we interact. Travel Tech is a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation established in the State of California, advocating for public policy that promotes transparency and competition in the travel marketplace to encourage innovation and preserve consumer choice.

This Privacy Notice applies exclusively to the traveltech.org/website (“Website”) and related applications (“Services”) offered by Travel Tech. This Notice sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data or usage information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with your use of our Website or Services.
Your access to and use of our Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice applies to everyone who wants to access or use our Website. Travel Tech’s headquarters, servers, this website and the majority of Travel Tech Services are located and operated in the United States. Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. Our site is not directed towards minors and Travel Tech does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors.
