1. Travel Tech Introduction

The Travel Tech Association (“Travel Tech”) is committed to respecting the privacy and protecting the personal information of individuals with whom we interact. Travel Tech is a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation established in the State of California, advocating for public policy that promotes transparency and competition in the travel marketplace to encourage innovation and preserve consumer choice.

This Privacy Notice applies exclusively to the traveltech.org/website (“Website”) and related applications (“Services”) offered by Travel Tech. This Notice sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data or usage information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with your use of our Website or Services.

Your access to and use of our Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice applies to everyone who wants to access or use our Website. Submitted Information

We provide many choices in relation to our marketing communications via an unsubscribe option on every marketing email. If you opt-out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional and administrative emails about the Services you use.

Travel Tech’s headquarters, servers, this website and the majority of Travel Tech Services are located and operated in the United States. If you are using the Services from outside the US, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States or countries where our service providers and partners are located.

Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. Our site is not directed towards minors and Travel Tech does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a minor, please contact us and we will delete that information.
